Financial management is an organic function of any business. Any organization needs finances to obtain physical resources, carry out the production activities and other business operations, pay compensation to the suppliers. In other words, financial management means planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities. 

 implemented several financial management trainings including but not limited to:

- Developed and lead the delivery of capacity building trainings on advanced skills including, trainings on Budgeting Analysis and Reporting, and Assets Evaluation and Management, and Financial Excel.

- Designed and delivered capacity building training on Financial Management for Small Businesses.

- Designed and conducted a training program on participatory budgeting and gender responsive budgeting.
